Allen and his team were excellent! I recommend them without reservations. They did an excellent job of guiding us through the process and working hard so we could close on schedule. I solicited estimates from three lenders and the terms of the loan were excellent. With low inventory it was a crazy market but Allen and Apex were always able to provide us updated offer letters quickly. This was pivotal in helping us get an offer accepted. Again, I can't recommend Allen more highly.

My husband and I anxiety was extremely high starting the process of becoming homeowners. However, that all went away when we began working with Allen. He was always available for any questions through out the process and explained everything that we didn't understand.
