Very ignorant finance employee. Three different people contacted me before I could get answers. The pricing they have listed on their photos arent for the car listed with. Bait and switch tactic. Was told “You could of told me that the payment you was looking was for 89$ a week I would of told you not to bother sending an application and having your credit ran” for a truck that clearly states 59 dollars weekly. The salesman that contacted me initially knew I had asked about this info.

My bf and I went in for a new car. We felt very comfortable from the minute we walked in. We were greeted and assisted by Mark, Carlos and Jacob. Jacob was very friendly and professional, and answered all of our questions. Carlos ensures the process ran smoothly and was very reassuring and clear about our purchase. Mark helped us with wrapping up our financial papers and explained our payments and insurance perfectly. He was very knowledgeable, clear and efficient. Absolutely loved him! The entire process was very smooth and felt very much like family. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Came here with my fiancé just to look for a car not knowing what to expect. The staff came and greeted us quickly and professionally. Jorge was the sales man that helped he was very nice and listened to what we was looking for in a car and found us the perfect match!! The entire staff here from Mark to Lynn everyone was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. They offered us water and snacks lol which we love. I bought a car here 5 years ago and it was in good condition, that's why I came back. I got a jeep less than a year ago with them and I have been having problems with the car since I got it. A few weeks after I got it, the 4 wheel drive system didn't work (it was the only reason I got it) I had to get a rental while they were fixing my car. A couple of months after that I went back because my car had problems with the 4 wheel drive system again and this time they did not want to cover for it because the warranty ran out. So they tried to get me to trade in my car for another one but they wanted me to put 3k down, money I didn't have because I was not expecting to spend on a car that I just got.Then a week ago the radiator gave out and I had to replace it. I will never buy again from them and I am willing to report it to the bbb because I feel they sold me a lemon. Very upset with this because no matter what I still have to pay my monthly payments for a car that was damaged from the moment they sold it to me. Be aware.
