All Pocono PA, Ono

The entire experience went exceptionally well from start to finish in May 2021. The company did my closing within a record-breaking time (less than two weeks) in a hectic time before Memorial Day long weekend. The company is popular and had at this time more than 30 closings. Worth adding that my property brought an additional challenge to All Pocono since it is located in the exclusive, super high HOA with other challenging requirements. I want to praise, especially Lisa Sandillo, for her super professional approach, very kind attitude, natural skills to be very open, nice to customer needs, flexibility, and a super-fast, efficient job. I want to thank very much, Jenna, the processor of my house, for the swift and professional job, kindness, and accessible communication.

I do not recommend this Settlement Company . Very unprofessional. Received and email from Kathryn Koths regarding paperwork being Fedex out to me. Paperwork never arrived. I received an email from my Broker's agent state the settlement company now had the incorrect address that is why the Fedex package never arrived. Finally I received the paperwork via email. I have all paperwork signed and Notarized because I was not able to attend closing. This company completely mishandled the closing and gave me the run-around from start to finish and did not have my check ready for pickup. Even after notifying Kathryn 24hrs prior to closing letting her know I would be there to pickup the check. They just gave me One excuse after another. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered selling a home. This company is totally incompetent on so many levels.

I would give 0 stars if i could. This company has given us the run around every time we have a question regarding the status of the title work. We chose to use this company in good faith with our lawyer but now deeply regret it. They are extremely unprofessional, this woman Lenise in particular. Our closing date is pushed back twice now because of errors on their part. Getting a returned phone call from them is like pulling teeth. Don't give this company your business.

Horrible place!!! They procrastinate with everything. They charge a lot of money for horrible service. No one ever returns your call and they wait to the last minute to give you all the paperwork, time and place for closings and check amount. They will cause you to miss closing dates because they are so unorganized. They expect you to drop everything and make it to closing and have the check. When the average person works and cant just take off of work! Pick a place they values you, and provides great customer service. Stay Away!!!!! Trust me. I wish I could give them NO STARS!!!!.

the worst title company to work with, never again.

This is the company my realtor recommended. Being from out of state, I trusted her. Bad move. They are extremely unprofessional. They royally messed up my timeline to close on my house. They constantly tried to blame other parties even when I had email proof they were lying. And I mean stuff like "so and so hasn't responded to me so we can't schedule closing" when I was copied on the three emails so and so sent one even calling out All Pocono for being unresponsive. Whenever I called they gave me serious attitude. At closing the representative (who is not a lawyer) started arguing with the lawyer my lender sent out. A few weeks after closing a woman called me to get insurance information. She needed my policy number, I told her I could pull it out for her. She was extremely rude and said she needed the agents name she could call them herself for the policy number. I gave her the information. It's been 6 weeks, my insurance agent just reached out asking when I'm closing on my house! She never freaking called them! Thank God my house didn't burn down since the insurance company had no idea I've owned it for 6 weeks! Absolutel garbage service here would never recommend.

Unfortunately there isn't 0 stars to give them, they are the worst title company by far, my attorney(Fisher&Fisher Poconos) recommend me to use them as he said that he works only with them, as I am out of state buyer I listen to his recommendation. The title company was very unprofessional unreliable, not responsive, and the rudest company, they were pulling and stretching the time non stop, I was a cash buyer so no bank was involved, they weren't able to tell me my total cost with all the fees for closing up until a DAY before the closing, they weren't replying to my email neither tomy calls especially Robin(their closing manager as they said). Never again I will go or recommend them.

Difficult to work with. I was a seller in a transaction now concluded. The buyer was the business's paying customer. But the seller is integral to the process. The transaction finally concluded successfully, but it was postponed once due to the buyer and the buyer's lender. The difficulty with the business was in reaching someone knowledgeable to talk to about the status of the matter and actually obtaining accurate information on a timely basis. The worst episode was the business representative telling me a number of times that the closing documents were in overnight delivery. Until two days before the first closing date, I had not received the documents. I reached a business representative who had the presence of mind to email the documents to me. I received what I needed, but had very little time to review the documents, arrange for a notary and get the documents back to the business. The role of the business was to preside over the conduct of the closing transaction and not to place the burden of the transaction on a party to it.

Kathy Koths and her team were very responsive and helpful for our special situation. Especially having to work during Covid 19 they made the deal go through!! Thank you so much!!!
