If you want to get screwed by con artists and get rudely over masculine customer service, then this place is to go! They have from over priced jewelry to low quality guitar maintenance, and you will never forget your experience their since they attempt to make you feel stupid and/or socially vulnerable. What a terrible pawn shop! I'd pay money NOT to go in there :)

We've bought 2 guitars and 3 amps from Kat's/All Pawn over the course of a few years. We always receive great service - the staff is willing to talk with you to find out what you want/need and they're helpful with layaway if you need it! My son loves to see what's new! They have a great selection of guitars, amps, other instruments, historical items and jewelry, too!

Good selection of Blu-rays and DVD. Music instruments are nice and staff are very helpful. They have a good selection of knives, too. It’s hard to get into the location because they’re off of the feeder road. We always enjoy coming here.

These people continue to try to sell those fake Cartier bracelets that aren’t even real gold. I tried telling them many many times but they do not listen. They also are trying to sell. Bulgari pendant with diamond is real and it is as fake as a three dollar bill.

Very awesome 90 day layaway and the guitar techs working in this place put guitar center both in knowledge and skill. Can't say enough good things about the guys.

I’ve been playing guitar since I was six years old, I am now in my 30s. Over the years I have had several different guitar techs work on my guitars. I must give a shoutout to one of the best guitar techs I’ve ever been to!!! That’s the man himself Mr. Artie!! My guitars have never felt or played this good, ever! Thanks again sir!! If your instrument needs repair or just an amazing setup, I highly recommend all pawn and Kats guitars in spring TX! Ask for Artie and tell him Justin from Livingston sent you, he will definitely take care of you!!

The people here were friendly and best of all the guitar I bought was lightly used and fully tested before they put it out. I could not be happier with the Takamine I got here. In fact it was hard to choose out of the several guitars I tried before making my choice, they all worked great. The one I got sounds great, looks great, and I love it! Price was fair. I have had no issues with it unlike guitars I buy at other places, winding up with fret buzz etc. I see most of the complaints here have nothing to do with their merchandise.

DO NOT BUY! Trust me, you are better off buying from a reputable business because buying from them is a waste of your money! They sold a "Brand New in Box" product and get them all the time, but won't correct the issue when it doesn't work... Yet, buying from them is definitely the route to go and saves you money?! I call total B.S.! Don't fall for it like we did.

Happy Customer! The guy at the gun counter gave me some really good advice like ammo and parts availability and that really helped make my decision. They let me take my time and browse. They have lay away too so get your dream gun without breaking the bank all at once!

Make this your first stop for guitars, equipment, and repairs! Far exceeded my expectations. I've been driving past ALL pawn for 5 years now and never thought to stop in, even though they have a giant GUITARS sign out front. I read some reviews and found they do repairs, so I decided to stop in and buy a new switch. WOW was I impressed. They have an outstanding and diverse selection of quality guitars, basses, equipment, and stringed orchestra/symphony instruments. They have more parts (all new) than any music store I have ever seen. Their prices on instruments seem very reasonable, if not lower than expected. Parts are actually cheaper than you can buy online or even directly from AllParts. Every staff member there greeted us and was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful... basically the exact opposite of Guitar Center. In the 33 years of playing guitar and a few years building them, I have never been so impressed with a guitar store in general. I can't help but think those writing poor reviews have ever been to a Guitar Center, or believe that since it's a "pawn shop" you're going to pay half the actual value of the instrument. Seriously, do some research and set realistic expectations on how much things cost and you'll realize this place is a gem!

Lots of stuff to look at . I went for the silver coins and gold coins but they are highly overpriced . This is not new stuff but being sold for new .

I absolutely LOVE this store. Homie in the guitar section from NY is a really good worker, who has gone above and beyond before. As well as Steve the manager. Very informative on inventory and on top of things. They have a 90 day layaway opposed to guitar center’s useless 30 day layaway plan which obviously makes more sense, and is better for business. Each room is always neat and has top notch gear you don’t really see at other stores, making Katz pretty remarkable in my opinion. Thank you for always being humble!! Especially the shorter Hispanic gentleman with glasses in the gun section. Always very informative about pretty much every firearm there. I’d live there if I could! Five stars forever!!

Making a solid wood body guitar for my son. Before taking to this place I did measurements and started each of the ten holes (strings and neck plate). Their job, to drill straight down through the holes I already started. I didn't have tool to drill straight through. Cost was close to $40. Questioned the cost and was told it took an hour to do. Said if I went across the street they would have charged $100. Boy, am I lucky I didn't go across the street. Wonder where I'll purchase the pickups for my son's guitar? NOT at All Pawn. Thanks guys, I'll take my business elsewhere.
