All I can say is WOW. I have been a Realtor for the premiere luxury real estate team in the country for the last seven years. I have seen and worked with my fair share of lenders, but I have never experienced anything like I did in my most recent personal transaction with Scott Allen of All American Home Mortgage. A big shout out to Scott Allan and his team at All American Home Mortgage. I took my buyer to a national home builder and they told us they would sell us a completed home if we could close in 19 days. I introduced our buyer to All American and they rocked the loan. One call from our lender to the appraisal company resulted in the appraiser inspecting the property on a Thursday, delivering the appraisal to All American on Friday and All American obtaining a clear to close the very same day. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Thanks again on behalf of my client and myself for making sure this purchase closed on time.
