We had the pleasure of working with Alice Picchi on a property flip that wasn't intended to be so when we originally bought the property for our newly married kids. They dropped out of wanting it at the last minute and Alice stepped in to help us through the process of how to flip properly. She educated us on what selling features are critical and which are either optional or a personal choice. She was upfront, honest, very personable and followed up with us routinely, to make sure were on track with projects and following the plan. The property between purchase and sale was a matter of months and would not of gone as smoothly had she not personally involved herself. This made for what was intended to be parents helping their kids gone wrong, turn out well in the end. Hard to find good customer service these days, Alice understands that and demonstrates this through her actions. We recommend her highly and plan to utilize her expertise in the future as well!
