Colton, our salesman, was excellent. He was very accommodating and made the process streamlined and enjoyable. He renewed our faith in car salesmen! He was very patient in answering all our questions and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. The whole team at this dealership were excellent. He went above and beyond to let me know about a couple other things I need to have done pretty quickly and explained everything to me so I understood it. My partner took his Alfa Romeo to be serviced. He express his concerns to the dealership. The dealership said everything was fine. The very next day the problem presented itself again. We are two hours away. We won’t find anything out now until Monday. We was not offered a loaner and the dealership did not offer a simple apology. We should have been offered a loaner considering the inconvenience.
