After interviewing multiple mortgage professionals and not feeling comfortable with the information we received, we setup time with Alexis to checkout Fairway's lending program. We quickly felt comfortable as Alexis took all the time we needed to explain the lending process, including all the complicated vocab/terms. She and her team have extremely competitive rates and were able to offer an overall lower total "cash to close" amount than other lenders/banks. We also had a very quick closing of 3 weeks - Alexis and her team worked incredibly fast to make sure we were able to make this date - many lenders are not able to pull this off!
