I would give 10/10. I was able to get a great deal and I will definitely return. This is a must stop! They have it all and more. The staff was amazing, the Owner was amazing and I can't wait to return to buy more!!!

This is the nicest and most professional pawn shop around. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their offers are very fair. The owner is one of the most passionate people I have ever met. If I ever have something else to sell, I know where I'm going.

For several months I had been looking for a place near me to have the batteries in my watches replaced. I was told about Alexander's, and to my surprise it was conveniently located about 3 minutes away. Wes changed the battery in two watches and (upon my request) took a link out of one watch band so it would fit better. This was all done quickly, courteously, and very reasonably. I'm glad that I found Alexander's. It will be my go-to for battery replacements.

Everyone here is so polite and easy to talk to. I've been here multiple times now and they've always made me feel welcome. They always find a way to work with you and help you with what you need. I'll definitely be back to give them more business.

I can't speak to the experience of selling here, but I loved the eclectic selection of merchandise. None of the pawn shops in my neck of the woods have such an impressive selection of loose gemstones, cameos, and intriguing sterling jewelry. The guy sitting in the back barely gave me the time of day, but Mike was very nice and helpful. He not only was patient showing me items, but gave me good prices on three small pieces. I only wish this pawn shop was nearby - who knows when I'll get the chance to visit again!

Someone stole my lawn mower & we confirm it was at this shop. Mchenry police put a hold on it & was in communication with the shop owner the week prior. They still sold it. The thieves who stole the lawn mower got their money & so did the shop. Me I’ve got nothing but a story. SKETCHY PLACE!!!

This place has always been so friendly and helpful! I’ve hit hard times on occasion and have had to pawn a few things. The staff was always amazing, and gave me fair loans for anything I brought in. They would work with me so much if I needed some extra help. I would highly recommend this place if you need a loan, or wanna buy some pre owned stuff at a decent price. And I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is. SKIP THE OTHER PAWN SHOPS AND JUST GO HERE!

The only pawnshop I will ever work with!! Just bought a nice Vizio tv there for a great price and it actually works unlike ez pawn across the street that sold me 2 tvs that didn't work. Great staff. Willing to work a deal with ya.
