We had a late afternoon appointment and were promptly taken to the conference room. The staff was competent and courteous. The reception area and conference rooms were comfortable, well lighted and clean. Most importantly, while it transaction took place after 4pm, they were still able to get funds transferred before the close of business.

Everyone at Alamo Title is so professional and courteous, especially Nanette. She worked tirelessly to resolve an issue on the closing of the house we sold and went above and beyond taking care of a funding issue on the buyers side. KUDOS!!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re lucky enough to get Dede Jackson as your escrow officer you should rest at ease. She’s a true pro that will make the stressful process of closing a loan feel like a breeze.

Poor customer experience. I closed on a single family house in May of this year, and 7 months later I still haven't received the closing check. They say they made an error in closing, therefore they didn't send me a check (or communicate with me). Multiple emails and calls later, and I still don't have an explanation or a check (even though they say I am due $$). They are likely messing up my 2017 taxes also by not updating my documents. Buyer beware--this is a very heavy-handed operation.

Awesome closer who was a very sweet person and very efficient. We closed on our property very quickly. The office was a little hard to find in that area but we found it. It was very clean and neat and the receptionist very nice. All in all a very good experience.
