I've always came here for my vehicle registration. Even when there is a line once your seen it's super quick and came out to $94 +$3 fee. Close to home and fast service 👍

Wasn't happy, I talked to lady on phone and she told me to only bring i.d. and insurance card, then when I got there she wanted all sorts of denigrating on insurance. She she do what she said on telephone.

The only person assisting customers there cares more about masking customers and sending them outside instead of making money and conducting business for the owner. Customer had to go outside and get a document signed by someone who did not have a mask (which took like 10 seconds at the most)... Only to come back inside and put to the back of the line delaying service for another 20 minutes.

My family always there fast and kind.

Fast service, very helpful staff. I went in to get new plates and registration sticker and was out in a couple minutes. Had a couple questions about another car I was going to buy and the lady gave me all the paperwork/info I was going to need. I always send all my friends and family to this place and they’ve had no complaints.

Never going to use this registration company again! I usually go through River City and have no problems. I decided to stop by this location today because it was next to my work. Horrible decision on my part. I walked in without my mask, instead of politely asking me to go put my mask on, the woman behind the counter made a very ugly glare at me and tried selling me a mask for a dollar. I'm all about wearing my mask if a business still requires it. But this lady handled it all wrong. I felt disgusting giving her my money. I will never use this place again! I will just have to drive the literal extra mile and go to River City instead! I hope I never have to interact with this lady ever again.

went to snows after i saw the mile long line at the county to save time. they were able to get my title and plates and sticker in less than 30 minutes. i paid about 10 dollars more but it was well worth it because it was way less crowded than the country and way faster. the people in the office are very friendly and helpful. God bless them. i highly recommend this office for all your title needs. awesome place.

We didn't have to wait very long to get my boyfriend's registration sticker - it was about five minutes. The women are always friendly and polite.

Worst experience ever trying to complete a single title transfer. Started with a single employee telling an elderly customer her coworker couldn't handle his case at the moment and he would have e to wait there for an hour until she came back. He responded saying he had no where else to go so he would patiently wait, and she responded rudely saying "orrrrr you could just leave and come back later on?" I came back today for the third time on this same day for a title of a vehicle I was trying to transfer, and after 3 different attempts of being told the wrong information and not having signatures that I had FINALLY retrieved on my own, I was turned away because the female at the window thought the signatures on the title (written largely) and the signature on the application for a title (smallest print ever) "didn't look the same." She then recommended to complete the entire process all over again on a new form, even though every single requirement was there. In addition, this location has a 3.75 charge and over the years I've done business there it's only raised. I get business is hard right now, but respect at a minimum for returning customers should be there and turning someone away THREE times for something like this is absurd. I will not be returning. Shut this place down.

I go here often just to be able to get the stickers for my vehicles it's close to home and it beats waiting so much in line I won't even go to anywhere else to get my stickers or my license plate or change a title of a car they can help you with everything here when it comes to a car to get your title to get your sticker

It depends if their in the mood to treat you with respect and if they want to work

Got my title done quick. Was in and out with plates in hand in less than 15 minutes.. have been doing business with them for over 20 years.

Very conscious on covid and very clean small place but comfy very professional but straight by the book I like it
