I would not recommend!!! I tried working with Kim and Maria. There was no good communication on their part, and they never returned my calls with the information I requested. Even after I contacted them again. Still nothing. It's a waste of time. It seems like if you don't qualify for much in their eyes, you're not worth helping. They are not professional at all.

We have had a great experience so far! The first notary was a dud, non communicative, and seemed like she had better things to do. We waited for over 3 hours for her and canceled appointments waiting for her to tell us the documents were not able to be accessed and she can't come around 5pm when our appointment was 1:30pm. I understand human error and it was fine, she was personally just unprofessional about it. When I informed the company they found the problem, and fixed it within minutes. Along with a really thoughtful apology. I just appreciate companies that find solutions, and follow through! Thanks for making the refi experience feel really smooth!
