Me and my wife were looking to purchase our first home and a family member recommended David Simon and I can definitely see why. He was very knowledgeable about everything and made it very easy with step by step things to do. I would recommend anyone looking at buying a home to give David a call!!!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and David Simon and AJM Mortgage Inc. was recommended to us by a friend of mine. Going into the home buying process we had no previous knowledge and were cautious. After the first conversation we had with David we knew that we had no reason to worry, David was going to be with us every step of the way to answer any questions we had and help ensure a smooth buying process. David took the time to fully explain each step as we moved through the process and helped my wife and I understand exactly what was being done and what the next steps were. Anytime we needed to make a change to paperwork or needed a document, David had what we needed in just a few hours, sometimes minutes! David even answered a call of mine at 9PM the day before our closing when I had an urgent question. I cannot recommend David and AJM Mortgage highly enough. There is no one I would trust more with a process as important as home buying than David and I will be using him again in the future.

I have worked with David on a number of occasions and he is a true professional. When it came to refinancing my home I shopped around for the best rates and AJM Mortgage had the lowest. I worked with David Simon and his service is impeccable. He responds to inquiries and emails very quickly, even on weekends and late in the evening. (I don't think he ever sleeps) David Simon walked us through our refi process and explained everything clearly from start to finish. He is also very fast and efficient. We were able to close in LESS than 30 days which was amazing!!!

David was a huge help in our home buying process. We had terrible experiences with other lenders which led to us being unable to buy a home for a long time and made us wary of lenders in general. When our realtor mentioned David with a glowing recommendation we called him right away. Even before we started the process of getting a loan he gave me a lot of information, and asked a few simple questions just to get an idea of my situation before we moved forward. He was very patient with us through the whole process since we were first time home buyers. We closed on our house 6/22/21 and couldn't be happier!

David was AMAZING. In this market, we looked for a house for 18 months, and needed various letters for higher prices outside of traditional hours (Sundays, evenings, etc)… because sometimes these houses only lasted hours, let alone days. I could call David at anytime of the day, early/late, you name it. He got us our letters to shop and compete. He also helped us with sound financial advice on how much mortgage to take based on our incomes and other expenses. He made taking on a larger monthly payment more realistic for us, and gave us confidence in our abilities. He helped us stay organized with all the paperwork needed through a document center online. I’m not sure what else you could ask for. If I could give David 6 stars, I really would. We closed on June 16, 2021.
