I never leave reviews, but the lady who helped me out was wonderful. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was patient, kind, and helpful. I went in for a quick gift and she showed me items I was interested in and didn't try to be pushy or over sell me on things. I will be back to look around next time with more time.

I really enjoyed my time here. The young man Jimmy was of great help and was quick to answer any questions I had about my purchase. I would definitely be recommending my friends and family to come to this place. I will be returning real soon!

I have only visited the Pomona location, but what a selection. I was there for the jewelry, and there was a great selection and not crazy over priced. Their layaway program is a great program where you will pay the price of the item and no penalties/interest/fees included over time. I was so impressed with their customer service! Fabiola was amazing. She was compassionate and took the time to make sure my mother received excellent service. I will return and refer others and use her information, specifically, as we should all strive to serve others, like Fabiola did! Thank you

It’s very convenient, the only problem is that it just shows the amount. Not what you are paying, at least the slip number so you can make sure you’re paying the correct slip.

Heard about this place by a buddy of mine down in Hemet, Ca and was extremely satisfied with Marco's Mendez customer service. Walking in, I was immediately greeted with a smile and was asked if I needed any assistance. Overall Great Experience! Will for sure recommend this place to my family!

I’ve been doing business with AJs Super Pawn for more than 15 yrs. They have the best customer service reps, greet you with a smile and give you the best loan in Pomona Valley. They are AWESOME people who work there.

At AJ’s pawn I felt safe when I had to pawn my jewelry. The employees are all polite and give excellent customer service. Especially Cheryl A.

The woman who helped me out was super cool even at 930 am on a Saturday and everything always goes super smooth at AJ’s super pawn. Never any hassles and they loan you what’s deserved 90 percent of the time. LOL. But seriously good people and good business and no I don’t get paid for this shit😂😂

Maybe I'm just not meant for pawn shops. But both my jewelry and electronics were low balled . Attitudes of cashier could use improvement indefinitely

This shop is bad. Their items are overpriced, one item I looked at was $150 more than you can buy for online. They told me their policy is they force customers to wear a mask but employees do not have to wear masks and don't. What even is that? They said they make rules for others but they don't have to follow those rules. Another time I was here they said they had 20% off items and I said how much is this and they took it to their manager and they said they'd charge me more than the 20% off price. After saying you just told me it's 20% off and that's more finally they said they'd do the 20% off price then. Then they said they'd sell me the case for it separate for $80 more (ripoff) even though the case comes with the item. This store is a joke.

Wonderful experience at AJ’s! The employee, Angelica, was very knowledgeable in the instruments department. I had been looking for rosin for my violin and without any questions, she had showed me the different kinds they had and explained how much they were being sold for each. Angelica was also kind enough to help me in the jewelry department since I was looking for a necklace for an upcoming birthday. She helped me look through affordable options and showed me the different charms a necklace could contain. Overall, Angelica was super helpful and would recommend going to AJ’s for instrumental objects and jewelry handling/purchasing.

Got q good deal when I bought couple of things together and marcos was very patient with me throughput deciding. Highly recommend his service and high end items here

Been to many different pawn shops in the area and this place is the best. The customer service is phenomenal, Marco has helped me out everytime that I have gone. Marco is the best at what he does, super helpful, informative, friendly, the man really provides the best customer service I have ever received. He is definitely the reason I keep coming back.

Just came to A.J's and had a really good experience. Noel help me out in a huge way. Customer service was great. And they will work with you. I recommend people come to A.J's if they have anything to pawn or sell. They are right off Town and Holt in Pomona.

AJ pawn is great very accommodating as long as you stay in contact with them they help and move payment dates around. They make you feel very comfortable talking with them. If your in a bind AJ's is the place to go. Thanks guys.
