Bought a ring here, from the same people who own the shop. Paid $500 which I was okay with. Brought it back, 3 years later, didn’t expect them to remember it. The lady said she didn’t remember it and wouldn’t tell me what she would give me for it. I wouldn’t mind a low offer, but no offer at all? For no reason? Told me to list is on Facebook marketplace. It was good customer service when I was giving them money, but now that I’d like to sell something the customer service is dog water. Never returning here again.

Huge eye sore driving down NW HWY. I wish they would close or at least bring down that huge sign.

I brought in a valuable item. After making payments for months, I was late on one payment. Within a day almost they had turned around and sold it. I will never go there again and would advise anyone else not to go.

Horrible pawn shop with racist owners. Please avoid if you are a minority

I had a very pleasant experience with this shop. They are very friendly & fair and I was in & out in no time. Great customer service! As others have said, this shop is much better than Cash America & others in the area. The interest on my loan was very reasonable. 10/10 will borrow from again!

Bought a shop vac there today. Got home and plugged it in and it lasted 10 minutes before it started smoking and shooting flames out the side. Called them and of course all sales are final. No exchange refund or store credit. Worst place ever!

I notice the worst pawnshops are the smallest ones. Lack of options and terrible customer service. I will never go in here again. It is better to go with a bigger pawnshop that means look outside of Grapevine.
