    I think the customer service is great. I'm never waiting in line for long, and I'm greeted very politely when the next available bank teller calls me down. Every single employee that I've interacted with is friendly and professional and works in a timely manner. I've never had a problem here. Great job, Affinity!

    Affinity plus has no issues reporting made up information to credit bureaus. I've been a customer for over 10 years, Affinity plus won't return my calls to resolve the issue.
