I take my review writing of Businesses and Places as they are - simple as that. Affinity Land Services is run very professionally and they are very on game to what they do. We were conducting our closing and the sellers agent "dropped the ball" on a simple but crucial matter that affected her end of her commission plate. Instead of coordinating a task or sub delegating it through her channels our own Realtor went out of her way to make everything as smooth as possible. Tom immediately saw my worries and contained frustrations towards her and informed her that without this crucial document her commission check would basically (in my own words as the reviewer here) be just a fancy piece of paper. Within roughly 24hrs all got sorted out. In summary the team on our end along with Tom at Affinity did a tremendous job and I would recommend them to anyone conducting Real Estate transactions in that area.

Had my second experience with Affinity Land Services yesterday (other closing was in 2020) and both were excellent. Having worked in the lending side of the industry I can honestly say this is a first class company with first class people. KP

I had dealt with Affinity previously for a Quitclaim Deed a few years ago and was satisfied with my experience. When it came time to Refinance I went back. On both occasions I was impressed with how smoothly it went. Last week Tom showed up on time and confidently guided me through the paperwork. He commented briefly on each item, alleviating any concerns. There were no surprises and Tom was very polite. I will definitely return for future business and will refer friends and family.

Been using Affinity Land Services for the past year, doing 10-25 loans a month with them. They are the only title company I could find that could handle my volume with no delays, and no excuses. All loans close on time! Nicole Simone is my assigned processor for most of my files. She is a rock star, I am getting basically real time service from her. The Malcolm's all jump as well at my beckon call, way a family owned business should run.
