We had another great experience yesterday at the Arrowhead Branch of Aero Federal Credit Union. The customer service we received from Kimberly was excellent and as always extremely professional . Kim.M Has been amazing to work with. She is very responsive when I have questions for her. And trust me I have A LOT! Kim is very detailed and patient with all my questions and concerns. I have never work with a financial institute that is so effortless and streamlined. Even on Kim's days off when I call into the Arrowhead branch they are always helpful and knowledgeable of my accounts. If you're not working directly with Kim and the Arrowhead branch you need to be!
