I started my loan process with Quicken Loans and I had an original closing date of 6/30. A few weeks before this date, they decided to cancel my application when they suddenly realized they could not handle my situation (this was after months of telling me everything was okay). With only a few weeks left, I had to start all over. I was referred to Zephan and he helped me get back on track. He was able to expedite the process and target a closing a date of 7/12. Zephan was always available to speak with, no matter the time or day. I always felt like he was by my side. The whole process was smooth without any bumps and his team was able to get me the best market rates. Everything was done is less than a month. I can't say anything more about how great his team was throughout the whole process. They got me through the finish line. I definitely recommend them for affordable housing.
