The best part about working with the Dwayne is that he freely shares information whether he has your business or not. When we were originally interviewing mortgage companies Dwayne spent time answering our questions without requiring any commitment or additional information. Other companies that we had dealt with required a litany of contact information and financial documents before directly answering our questions. Highly recommend Dwayne and his team!

A national lender left us without a scheduled appraisal right before our closing. They told us to push our closing by 8+ weeks. We were panicking, but called Dwayne + team who stepped in and found us an appraiser. They helped us close even a couple of days before our contract deadline. Incredible team, wish we'd gone with them from the start. Even better rates than the national lender, too! Fantastic experience.
