Advia Credit Union M, Plainwell

Least favorite credit union I have ever used. Their fees are hidden everywhere, loan application process is ridiculous, and they just are hard to work with. I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they are literally the ONLY option in the area. If another credit union ever came into this part of Plainwell Advia would certainly loose 95% of their customers but until then they have a virtual Monopoly on the banking market in the area as nobody wants to drive 25 min to get to a respectable credit union. In summary Advia sucks.

I had an issue with a teller giving me misinformation. When I tried to get help they all told me that's the procedure. I was help accountable. I am not the only one with this issue.

I applied for a auto loan through Advia. I was told that someone would get back to me the same day. 4 days later I contacted Advia and was told that my information must have been misplaced or overlooked some how and that I could reapply. I informed them that since I hadn't heard back from them, I had applied for a auto loan at Honors C.U. and had already received a loan through their institution. Advia couldn't have cared less. There is a 50/50 chance that the ATM machine is out of order. I have had to sit there for as long as 20 minutes to get my card back from the machine. This has been a ongoing problem for well over a year now... Also, the Advia banking App. Is garbage too. So many times I have been unable to check on or move my funds to alternate accounts. I have reached out to "Corporate", talked to in-house managers, Etc. and nothing has improved. I suppose it's just time to bank at a different institution...

I finished paying off a loan a few months ago, now they are trying to say I still owe them money. Screw this credit union, what a scam. LMCU has NEVER done this to me. EVER. Ready to report harassment phone calls at this point.

I'm a member. I've have been for years. Only complaint would be it's location relative to mine.

A stand alone ATM away from any structure is more operational then the one connected directly to this credit union..absolutely ridiculous..

tried calling the credit union this morning at 8;59 is now 9:20am and I am still on hold. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Dont bank here they customer service sucks!

The tellers in this credit union are incredibly helpful. At Advia they seem to understand that you are a person with flaws and needs of your own. Honestly the best banking experience I’ve ever had.

The ATM seems to NEVER work the way it is supposed to. A disappointing experiance every time you need it!!!

They constantly take out “courtesy” fees even when you have a positive balance. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
