Advantage plus has a great staff and is always respectful.I have banked with them since 2012 and have always had positive experiences.

My first loan was with David Silva and he was the worst!!! He dragged out my loan process all day until he left for vacation at 2pm.. It took him over an hour to respond to any message. Asked to speak to him through the phone and he said he wasn't available through the phone only email.. Then would call randomly. Never once told me my percentage rate or any info for that matter. Found the time to inform me that he was leaving at 2pm tho.. 1:45pm he wrote saying he could not finish the loan in time and he would transfer me to another loan officer and failed to give me a name or number. I finally called a different branch and spoke with a different loan officer and she had me taken care of in LESS than an hour!! David Silva is a joke.

Most horrible Credit Union I have ever dealt with. We have had 3 loans with them and have always been on time and/or early on our payments without fail. Was hit with a super hard financial hardship and was hoping to skip a payment on the loan but refused to let us since we hadn't made 6 payments(only 5) on the new vehicle loan. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to budge for anyone, no matter the circumstance. We have made 100's of payments to them but our history means nothing to them. Very sad. Will be refinancing as soon as we get our tax return.

I have been a member for over 10 years and recommend them to EVERYONE I kno. Service at every branch is wonderful, very personable staff, they go above and beyond to assist with questions or problems. They're up to date, or trying to be more up to date with all of the latest technologies. All around a great place to bank. I don't have 1 bad thing to say. I also have loans and they're really awesome about working with u and advising u jus to get u approved. Staff seems happy to work there.

My wife and I recently worked with Mike Shore on the purchase of our new home. Our situation was unique and he was able to work with us and come up with a creative solution to get us into our home. Very pleased with our experience with APFCU and would highly recommend them (and especially Mike Shore).

I have been banking here for over 10 years and I just opened up a new account with a new loan. When I go in the branches, the service is usually great. The Chubbuck branch drive through is a no go for me. I’ve waited so long with the girl in the drive through looking at me but she doesn’t ever say anything so I drive off. My biggest issue with the credit union is No one ever answers the phone! I have tried 3 different branches and multiple departments. I’m really debating if it’s time to switch credit unions.

Antvantage plus is an amazing Credit Union. I give them my business hands down! When you go in ask for Bobby. He is the branch manager and loan Officer. He is an awesome guy! He will go far out of his way to make your experience a great one!

I am so fed up with this place. I have been trying to refinance my car for months now and David has been a complete joke. He never answers phone calls or returns voicemails. The paperwork I signed was not the payment amount I paid. I have tried and tried calling to see what’s going on and no message has been responded to. I definitely will not be doing business here again.

They don't keep track of there payments. I've been doing my car payments and showed proof aswell and still got my car repo. After I showed them, they fixed there system showing I did do the payments but was told it was late to late for the collection company to leave the car alone. I had to pay 200 dollars to the repo company in order for me to get my car back. I'm very disappointed they didn't take responsibility. By far the worst bank I've dealt with.

So I'm stranded in Arizona have not used my debit card in a couple of years and the lady does not tell me this so I get stuck here in Arizona for even longer because they're not very good business to do with obviously the lady couldn't even tell me my card was bad like I'm supposed to know this think that's normal business thing for a bank that they should check and make sure your card still active needless to say I'm stranded here thanks Advantage Plus I'll be closing out my account as soon as I get home
