Advantage Federal Credit Union W Broad St, Rochester

I’ve used Advantage Federal Credit Union for years and I absolutely love them. I’ve never had a single problem and every time I call customer service I get the results I need. I personally like dealing with the branch manager Gustavo Spinetti, whom goes above and beyond his duties to help customers on a daily basis. Interest rates are great; customer service top of the line and location is conveniently located. I highly recommend using Advantage Federal Credit Union for all your banking needs: checking, savings, CDs accounts, Visa and all loans etc.

I am a big fan of credit unions and I'd like to give a huge shout out to Advantage Federal Credit Union in Rochester. They are amazing and the longer I'm with them the more I fall in love. Almost 10 years banking there now I believe. They are always looking out for me and will go out of there way to make sure everything is ok and that I'm happy. It's unbelievable. It's like banking with really sweet, kind, generous grandparents. UHaul was just trying to screw me over and I was swimming in calls getting me nowhere and Advantage was like, yup, all over thatand you're taken care of. Gus is one of the branch managers who may be the nicest person I've ever met in my life. Not to mention everything is so easy there. Easy and fast. And in the rare occasion you interact with someone who can't help, just around the corner is some amazing Advantage employee (in a cape) flying in to save the day. Thank you thank you for decent banking and decent business.

I loved this is the best bank

First of all I never do reviews names Barrington price nor give my real name online but when it comes to advantage I will not let anyone say anything bad about the best financial institution ever...I moved to Atlanta 5yrs ago and have several bank account's at numerous banks because of businesses...but hands down anything I need I come back home to advantage....the managers. I have had a issue with yrs ago a new manager but...the tellers.. Especially Janette is world class I will fly to Rochester. To do banking before I will do personal loans,cars,mortgage anywhere, they are the best trust me go to any other bank you will run back...trust me some of the management leaves a lot to be desired but if you have an issue speak to a teller you have a relationship with and they will get it remedied promise....they are very powerful and knowledgeable.....some have been there longer than any manager...just bypass the problem and speak to someone else they want you happy I can attest to that and forgive the long review....
