Dylan was awesome! He was very helpful and got us into a car we love! We visted the xenia location where we originally met with Drew who was full of energy and was honest and really wanted us in something that felt as nice as the car we previously had. Unfortunately he was off today and when coming into look at a car we were interested in we met with Logan who was honestly one of the rudest salesmen I have EVER met in my life. Wouldn't make eye contact and had the worst additude. I fell in love with a car that had everything I wanted but mechanically sounded like it was about to fall apart. When I told him about the issues I had he said its "an older used car its supposed to make some popping noise" okay but I dont want to spend $500/mo on a car that snap crackles and pops. When I told him this he said "I guess I'm just used to my cars falling apart around me".....what???...like how is that gonna convince me to buy a car from you? Stay away from logan but Drew and Dylan will take AMAZING care of you!!! Love the company not logan.

I have not experienced a more unorganized place before. My car practically blew up on me a few days after having it. I can barely get ahold of Preston and if it’s that hard to answer the phone and update me they need more people to help. Would not recommend this place and would give zero stars if that was a option I put 5 stars so it jumps to the top instead of hidden at the bottom!!!!
