Very deceitful and bad business practices. No, Thomas, I am not related to anyone who's posted previous reviews... just because you and your family does that, doesn't mean everyone else does. It's not a coincidence to have multiple people speak up in regards to how you run your business. Please reconsider your disgusting policies and I'll reconsider my review. they give away hoagie coupons instead of flat screen tvs like they claim on facebook dont believe the false advertisements and dont fall victim to pay almost 20 thousand dollars for a 20 year old car you can go buy a new car for that with same payments

I bought my car Sept 2020 and was amazed that I was able to drive away same day with a really nice car for not much down and with really bad credit. It was a fairly quick process and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Still love my car over a year later. I would highly recommend!!!

Love this place to get a car. Because of covid prices have went up. But the good deal about getting a car here. Is that if you get 5 people to also purchase a car here. The price of your car goes down each time you bring them a customer. I already need 2 more customers and the car is fully mines. And I will have no more payments to make. If you read this make sure to say the I Roxanne's mother sent you. The one that drives the Ford SE hatchback.

My experience was wonderful because there would be times I would get turned down on getting a car. When I first went there they didn't turn me down at all and I was really happy inside and it almost made me cry. I definitely consider people to come here because they would work with you and also build your credit and they are there for you and work with you financial. I would have to say they are like family.

They sold me a lemon first week check engine on week two dashboard look like a Christmas tree week three car did want to drive and they still want me ro pay for it.. I don't recommend this place at all...

This place is the best. They helped me with getting into another car while I work on my credit. Everyone is so friendly each time I go in and help me with whatever questions I have. I highly recommend them if you need help getting into a car. You won’t be disappointed!

I am very happy and also amazed with this place, I am a young adult with new credit and they helped me walk out of there with a great car that has great payments. All while having a very small down payment. They're all super friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as i walked through the door, and they're very quick to answer any questions you have in detail. Take your 1k down payment elsewhere unless you want to line the pockets of these people who literally take ADVANTAGE of others. Do thorough research on these sharks and read over your paperwork very carefully since they like to skim over the important parts. Oh, and don’t bother contacting them about the vehicle when it falls apart not even a week after having it, they’ll accuse you of creating the damage. You don't need to pay $18,000 for a vehicle from 2006 worth $3,000. Go anywhere else but here. Even though your paperwork states there's a bank financing your loan, it's actually through them. They'll repossess your vehicle and then demand you pay the loan in full before getting the vehicle back "because that's just how it is when you don't follow the rules." Please be advised that the employees and/or owner are having people of their family/affiliates of the company leave 5 star reviews to combat the truthful less-than-perfect ratings. They also hid their reviews on Facebook due to the truth being posted. You've been warned. Note to management: please don’t respond with your sly remarks like you’ve done in the past to other unhappy customers. You refused to speak to me over the phone, please do the same online since I’m “not the one who’s on the loan.” I’m not writing this to converse with you, I’m writing this to warn other people how poorly you treat others. When we came in to redeem the vehicle you didn’t even have the decency to speak to us. You’re disgusting in how you handle situations. Gunner, you are thee most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever encountered; between wearing flip flops to walking away from customers asking questions, you shouldn’t be in the position you’re in.

THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THIS "COMPANY!" they over charge thousands and thousands of dollars without any care if the world. They sell vehicles that are falling apart and then turn around and blame the customers. They have false advertisement all over the place. Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was able to afford a reliable vehicle for my children and I. I love my Ford Escape. But the best part about this business is the customer service. The ladies in the office are the sweetest and most understanding people I have ever experienced! They really make their customers feel valuable!

I walked into advantage with no hope of walking away with a vehicle with how poor my credit and history of previous vehicles were. But I was wrong Jessica was so fast at helping me get financed and into my new Hyundai so fast. If I could I would give them 10 stars amazing place.

Honestly I went there just to look at cars and thru did a excellent job helping me . I got the 08 Chevy colbolt. Little dings but not a bad car overall. I would go back to get another one n the staff there were really helpful

Go here as a LAST RESORT. Their vehicles are extremely over priced, have a multitude of problems and the payments are ridiculous. In your paperwork a bank is listed- making you think that your loan is through a bank... it isn’t. I spoke to the banks district manager that handles their account and they informed me that they only provide Advantage the money to purchase the vehicles and once they are off their lot- they are no longer tied to the vehicle. So if you are stuck dealing with them - and they say “the bank needs to know, Or the bank has a policy etc” there is no bank that you have responsibility to, you made an agreement with them for the purchase price of the vehicle and are paying them directly. They do seem lovely at first. Making you feel as if they have your best interests at heart and are there to help you. The sales person Gunner lied about the policies and pushed through the paperwork saying that what he said is what was being signed. It wasn’t. Totally at fault for not reviewing the paperwork but after a strenuous day- hearing someone say “don’t worry we have your back, I know the in and outs it’s my soon to be father in laws business” makes you feel comfortable and trusting. They will call and text you 30 times a week about your payment and go to extreme lengths to track down a left over 20 dollars from a payment that you made but didn’t cover the total amount for that week. They do not have your best interests at heart. At least they have been proven to stick to their name “advantage” by taking advantage of the customers that have no choice. Save your money and for the $1,000 dollars they usually require for a vehicle - you can buy a car in pretty much the same condition. Do not become a victim like so many. If you already are a victim and feel taken advantage of as many do- please contact me so I can direct you to the proper sources to hopefully band together to stop this horrendous behavior from Advantage.

I've been buying cars for over 35 years and without a doubt this company is extraordinarily priced very well the competitiveness in the market is unparalleled to any other company because they actually priced their cars properly so it's affordable. The special programs they have were perfect for my wife and I and they gave us a payment that we could afford and without having to put thousands and thousands of dollars down on a piece of junk car that typically most dealers sell. This company likes to create relationships not just sell cars for profits.
