I recently had them replace the V-8 engine in my 25 foot walkabout, I also have them replace the hydraulic pump for the trim tabs and work in adjust my trailer at the same time I had them detail and buff out the boat as it was in definitely. Everything was done exceptionally, on time, and for the promised price.

I had the pleasure to Meet with David and Denise here at Advance Marine Service. Took my boat in Wednesday and picked it up today Friday the 15th. David diagnosed my sportjet and figured out the problem another boat shop couldn't. Im glad I took my business here and will in the future for anything else boat related. The place is very clean and boatyard & workspace well maintained... It's a mom & pop & son shop...David, Deniece and Derrick I chose them over another shop which looked like an abandoned trailer park who could take me earlier but I wanted to wait for Advanced Marine!! They are honest.. They do what they say they're going to do, and they charge what they say they're going to charge. (Only thing is, they run about a month lead time. You need to call to get an appointment).. They even came out for a "house call" last summer when we had throttle/shifting issues and did not charge me!! I had a major overhaul done when I first got the 23' 1986 i/o boat last March/April.. (the boat was in pretty rough shape,) Now it's shipshape and ready for bay & ocean cruising!! Both experiences - last April and again last week - were great. Highly recommend them..

Derrick was communicative about all issues regarding my boat and kept me informed throughout the process of putting a new motor on for me . my boat was starting up fine until i took it here to fix my fuel issue they said they removed all the wires and cleaned it i noticed one of my batteries was fried it wasnt before now it wont even start what a bunch of crooks. i will be seeking to sue them dont trust them and dont take your boat here they are very rude and unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with

I’ve been going to Advance for a number of years and have always been happy with their service but since they have moved to their new location they have upped their game. Scheduling appointments drop off and pick up were easy. Got my boat in and out quickly and attention to the smaller details was all I could ask for. Highly recommend

These guys are TOP NOTCH! I had such a wonderful experience dealing with this company. I was treated professionally and Super friendly . I'm talking over $1700.00 Friendly. Instead of Gouging me and selling me a $2000 brand new part, they were able to repair my boat and save me a ton of money. Only charged me $300.00. #merrychristmas. I won't ever go anywhere else to get my boat services. Father and Son team. I recommend this company above all the boat companies that I have ever dealt with. 5 Stars all Day. For years I have read and heard great things about Advanced Marine through the fishing/boating community. I recently bought a boat that sat for years at the marina and needed a lot of attention to bring it back to life. I went to several local boat shops close to me and rather than work on my current engines, every shop wanted to "sell" me new motors to the tune of $35,000 to $50,000 without even looking at what I had. Even though I live 80 miles away, I called Advanced Marine, told them what I had and they said "no problem, we can take a look at it for you." (Refreshing)... When I showed up with my boat, I fully expected to drop it off and let them look at it when they had a chance, instead David (the owner) said "back it in here." He and his son Derek got right to work as I stood there in amazement. They were fast and very thorough checking this and that. Pretty soon they had both of my motors in the test tank, RUNNING with the laptop hooked up! Both motors fully serviced, running, dyno'd, and computer printouts for the motors for my records. To say that I was ecstatic is almost an understatement! This kind of service is unheard of these days. I want to thank David, Derek, and Denise for their OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! They are a small family run outfit, they are HONEST and truly care about their customers! I recommend them to everyone!

David, the owner is just great to work with. He has been working on boats for 35 years and his son, over 20 years. I had a random engine miss that 3 other shops couldn't find. In 1 day David and his crew had my 140hp Mercruiser running perfectly. I am about 32 miles from his Huntington Beach location and would drive twice that far if necessary. Highly recommend using Advanced Marine for all your boat repairs, fair pricing, great service and family owned.

I drove over an hour to get here. And was thinking if i had to leave my outboard engine over the weekend here. Nope! that wasn't the case. Lol. I was greeted by Derek. And told him my outboard motor needed the carb cleaned. He asked me if i had time to wait. He did it right there and was Fast and Efficient at his work. Good attitude and knows his knowledge with Marine equipment. Good prices. Will come back again
