I just wanted to say the professional service I got from Natasha at the Tiny Town Rd branch was excellent. She was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional! And I tried to leave her a couple bucks as a tip for such a fast friendly service, but she refused, said it’s against policy! That shows how honest and loyal she is, I mean who turns down free money??? A honest loyal employee with integrity like Natasha! What an angel!

Came to get an advance, my bank info had recently been changed on my bank app, ran into all kinds of obstacles but Mrs.Toni, the lady helping me get my information up to date, went through every step with me and helped me on my phone and with the whole process, kept me calm, and I got the money I needed. She even set my bank account up with them so I could use my phone for future loans!! Love that lady she got me back on track. Very impressed!! Thanks!

I know it took me 45 minutes to an hour to navigate and remember my screen name, and password just to rest my reset password to get into my account and Rebecca was patient the entire time we finally got it done and I was able to get my loan.
