Only one guy ever working here. Its a friday with a line out the door and the poor guy is all alone?!?! I give him 5 stars but not you advance as a company. Only gave three becasue I like the gentleman working. You owe that guy a raise or something

Experience was short but the staff isnt welcoming. Perhaps you all should refresh your employees on customer service skills. First off, I wasnt greeted with a smile and the employee that serviced me seemed as if she was not happy with her job.

Very very bad experience 2 times in 2 days ! Yesterday went there to send money through WUMT they said the system is down , went again tonight to send money through WUMT the staff said that she don’t have Acess to WUMT ? In fact they were laughing both the times it’s ridiculous I work at West end nashville and live in Antioch I leave all the location and come over here and tonight staff Spanish girl she is asking me why you come to this location WHY DONT YOU GO TO SOME OTHER LOCATION ? Can you imagine what you get to hear when you are giving them business ! If you don’t want to do the WUMT service then remove the banner of WUMT and say that you don’t do WUMT services. I drove for 15 mins to go there and it was a waste of time and very very bad experience. Please if you want the business then train your staff to be good with the customer and do their job for what they get paid for !!

This location has improved so much over time. The staff is so friendly and welcoming now. The location is much cleaner and nicer looking from where it was a few months ago.

Daisy was great, so helpful, I needed help with getting money orders and she went above and beyond to help. She was very patient and was so thoughtful in helping me understand the process. She is an awesome addition to your staff.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received today. Thomas was great he really took care of me making sure I was good before walking out by offering me alternatives so I would be safer after I just cashed my at late night and giving me all the information I needed to be able to get my money back while being safe at the same time.. thanks Thomas 👍

Alex is a nice young man! Always seems to know me when i come in and is always nice to me. The manager is quite a hoot!

Had a wonderful experience with Brianna ,she take time to explain everything especially the process of getting a loan. Great customer service keep up the good work .
