This is my first time dealing with a financial company that will advance you cash when you need it. The Advance Financial in Dickson Tennessee is fantastic. Their employees always have a smile and are always eager to help you and walk you through things that you may need. Daniel just took care of me and he is fantastic. Daniel was the best! He was an amazing multitasker (answering phones, tending to customers in house all at once, etc) and kept a smile on his face and everyone else’s. Someone get this man a raise!

Store 13 has been the best loan service I have had. Patty has been one of the nicest people that I have met and she always seems genuine and kind. Always has a smile on her face.

I go to Advance Financial at least 4 times a week and I am always greeted with a smile. I love to go to Patty's window she is always very friendly, smiling and so courteous and knowledgeable.

I came in on Thanksgiving having huge issue getting money off of a netspend account after somebody tried to hack my information leaving me locked out. Having to purchase a car the next morning with said money (and it being thanksgiving) I almost found myself in quite a pickle. Ms Jenn and Ms Tina were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to retrieve my money when nobody else was available.. On my way to pick up my new jeep because they were there.. Super friendly and helpful.. 5 stars ladies!
