When you walk into the building the smiles on their faces light up the place and make you feel very welcome, that’s great customer service!! I worked with Lakisha to finish the loan I had started online and was very pleased with how she handled the situation. I am a disabled veteran and it is difficult sometimes for me to talk to people and she was an absolute angel. I was able to get approved for the amount I wanted and I will definitely stick with it!
