I was having a stressful day trying to figure out how I was going to pay for my bills being as I’m new to Columbia Tennessee. I needed to cash a payroll check to help with a slight family emergency. I spoke with Sheena and there was a slight difficulty in the cashing end but she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent job!

Awesome customer service! I went in today after doing an online application and was having some complications submitting all documents. I almost gave up and decided not to proceed but I thought no I will go to my local branch. I am glad I did Paula was very patient and guided me through the whole process. She has a great personality and sense of humor too! She is great at her job so she is definitely a keeper!
