Advance Financial Morrow Rd, Nashville

I have been going to Advance Financial for some months now. And my experiences have been TOP NOTCH! The ladies are kind and knowledgeable and so pleasant. There are 4 ladies that come to mind. I'm so upset I cant remember the names. But today that all changed. I was verbally disrespected by a male representative. His tone his demeanor was stand-offish. Me being the customer I don't take things personally. I still don't understand why and how this business meeting turned so dark and rude. He even told me that if I didn't change my tone I can leave. I've never felt this level of poor quality of customer service.

DeeDee absolutely SAVED me today! Thorough training, taking initiative, and asking ALL of the right questions. DeeDee is the right one! I called hopeless with a complicated situation and left with what I needed and THEN SOME. Thank you!

This is by far my favorite location. On two occassions this week, Minnie has been extremely helpful. The service was quick & polite. When I return next time, I hope Minnie is there to greet me with her beautiful smile & professionalism. I believe Jerry was the manager & he also seemed nice. I would give them both 10 stars if I could!

I just had a really great experience at advance financial. I just needed money orders, and the teller there, was very kind and pleasant. She explained how she loved her job, and the people whom she works with, get along great. I hope she gets to move up. Customers really appreciate positive attitudes. Her name was Katie j.

The staff at this location always make sure to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Katie did an excellent job making sure I felt confident about the loan I was getting. I didn't feel pressured or anything, it was really nice. I like being able to do a variety of business at one stop. Very convenient. I will definitely be back.

Megan and Tina helped me out so much greeted me with a huge smile and they were just so sweet and nice I will definitely be coming back to this location absolutely perfect help!!!

This location has great staff and Jerry is awesome, just wish that the company would stop moving his staff around after he gets them trained. I go to this location daily for work and look forward to my visits. Just seems like a lot of changing, Just something to think about. Jerry & Collin are very friendly and helpful when I come to this location and I will continue my business with this location due to the great staff.

Stopped by for a money order. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable! The person helping me had the best attitude and kept a smile on her face the whole time! When you go to this location ask for Katie to help you!

Megan was absolutely amazing, the way she explained everything and her level of detail, just outstanding!

Fidel was super helpful!!! He processed my loan request as well as taking care of other customers at the same time by himself. I was very impressed with his fast friendly service. And I got approved within 20 mins!!!!

I absolutely love Miss Tina, every time i come in for Action Pay she smiles and says WINNER WINNER and i love it. She get's me in and out. NO where else i would rather go to cash out my winnings then with Miss Tina

If parking was better, would've given 5 stars. Staff is great!

I visit your store quite often and have always gotten top notch service but Katie always makes it much more enjoyable and pleasant. Even when things are hectic and and people have attitudes she seems to calm it all down and get the job done. So thank you for your services and thank Katie for her charm and charisma.

I visited this location tonight and Elizabeth and Marie were so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well decorated for each season / holiday I enjoy coming in to see what is next. These girls deserve Lunch or a raise for all their hard work.
