Divine went above and beyond to help me when I came in! She took the time out to vividly explain the loan process and requirements to me. I was highly impressed by the information she gave to me!

The manager Stephen was wonderful! I came in on Saturday afternoon and inquired about a loan. He politely let me know what I needed and he would be happy to help me that day. I came back on Monday and the process was quick and easy. He explained everything thoroughly and insisted I called if I had any questions. Go see him if you're in need!

We had the pleasure of working with Alison from the Mt. Juliet branch. Ours was a unique and unusual situation, and she handled it perfectly! Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was thorough and efficient. If we are ever in need of these services again, we will definitely look her up, and we recommend you do the same!

Today I went to get a loan and Stephen showed great customer service I was having issue trying to apply online and he made sure I was able to understood the process and educated on taking out the loan and rates. He acknowledge me immediately and didn’t take long and was very pleasant.

On Sunday I was having trouble logging into my online account and called this store and Renae answered and transferred me to the customer care department. The man there said he would call me back in an hour. He never did so I called Renae back and she just went through the steps and reset my password for me. I was able to do my withdrawal online instead of going to a store. Thank you Renae, so much! You're amazing!

Love the lady that helped me today. Her name is Crystal and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and did it with a great atrirude. You dont see seevice like that often. Kudos and thank you!

Divine was great. She took her time in assisting me. Made me feel comfortable because this is my first time applying for a loan .

I called the branch to inquire about the Flex Loan and was greeted by the most polite voice. Megan (the customer service associate that I spoke to) was very informational and explained the loan process in a way that I was able to understand. Also, she informed me of my ability to visit the facility to pay my Bill's, as I have recently had trouble paying my Bill's online. I have not been into the facility as of yet- however I plan to as my need arises. Thank you for such great customer service.

I went in hoping for a small loan to get me through until payday. I was helped by a lady named Allison, she was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and professional and told me about several different options I had for loans. I left with a big smile! This was the best experience I've had with this company, and it was truly because of her!

I go into this Advance Financial often and I love how clean the store always is and the friendly staff. Danny and Erin are always super friendly and are very helpful with everything I need. I love seeing their smiling faces!
