I came in on my lunch break stressed as I'll be, and Flor was AMAZING! She was so informative, kind, and patient. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, and she made sure I understood every clause and made me feel very comfortable. I was hesitant that Adf would be a sketchy place, but it was the complete opposite. There's no smoke and mirrors, they're very professional, and I'm glad I came to them.

I want to brag on your employee Amber. I came into the store and she greeted me with a big smile. I wasn’t having the best day, but after my interaction with her I went to work with a better attitude. Great customer service!

Usually a great experience but the past couple of times I call and speak to a representative it sounds like I am on speaker phone and they are talking to me from across the room. I even told that to a rep one time and then miraculously could hear her so I'm pretty sure that's exactly what's happening. That makes me uncomfortable because I am giving sensitive information over the phone and I should not be on speaker phone for anyone else to hear that. I understand they were busy tonight because I had to wait 3 hours for a call back, no problem, but once I got the call back she was rude and basically mad at me because I couldn't hear her at all. I didnt get a name because it kept cutting out.

Susan and Amber are awesome! ! I came to cash a check and had to wait for quite a while. These ladies noticed the extra long wait and called the office and got me my check in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much for going the extra mile ladies!! 👍👍😁😁
