Hernan is one of the best Tellers I have ever met. His customer service is incredible he actually cares about people and does whatever he can to go above and beyond.

I went to this location for a Western Union transaction. Hernan was very helpful and professional and offered me a flex loan. Very good customer service.

I have never used the Flex loan with Advance Financial, however Ms. Karla and Mr. Michael was absolutely amazing. The process was easy, and hassle free—I was very impressed. If you need any financial assistance, by all means check them out. I give them two thumbs up!!

I had gone to 2 locations prior to coming to this location on 2/25/20. Lorinne at the Murfreesboro Rd location was an absolute gem in helping get my issue with this company resolved. She was courteous, respectful and one of the nicest customer service reps I've encountered with this company. I would've given her a tip but it wasn't appropriate but given her 5 stars is my pleasure. Keep up the good work, it doesn't go unnoticed!!!!

Received a call from Hernan while I was submitting an online application. Hernan was very trustworthy and comforting. I was skeptical at first however he made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to help me ensure my application went as smooth as possible.

Iam here at this advance financial trying to get a money order and there is two cashier working at this point me and lady are both cashier waiting for service and karla the lady is keep telling a story to the other cashier and when I ask them to help us so they can get back their story later Karla said back in the line until we finished what ever we are talking about... nice customer service ......
