I would run away from the flex loan as fast as possible. DO NOT DO IT!!! At first they tell you your monthly payment is $245. Then next you know, they tack on these ridiculous fees. I’m paying over a thousand dollars a month on this “line of credit”, mostly in what they call a customary fee. And out of that, only about $200 applies toward the principle balance. You’ll never get out of this mess. My line of credit is $3995. DON’T TAKE THE LOAN!!! Your bank will offer you a better deal. Just give your bank a chance to help you!!!

The two gentlemen were a great help. I was having trouble getting my bank account information to pull up and they both were very patient with me. Scott was the main one helping me and I appreciate him explaining things too me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I want to say I give great praises to Danielle for her exceptional customer service and two hours that she and I worked back and forth, since we live in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Very sweet lady sorry we didn’t get to meet her. Then when Alicia took over and she & Johnny did a great job too. If you even are in a pinch go there and see Scott, manager, he is the greatest guy. Always nice and helpful. Can't ask for a better person to deal with.

Was pretty fortunate to have someone like Elizabeth to not only to have extreme patience with myself but to go above and beyond her job to help that you know she honestly cares. Advance Financial you too are fortunate to have Elizabeth as an employee. You cannot teach the customer service and overall qualities she has.

Joshua was a big help for me today. I called him yesterday and told him my situation and told him I guess I had to go to Gallatin office and he told me to let him know and he will be in at 8:00 and he would open early for me so I would not have to drive all the way to Gallatin cuz it was out of my way I really appreciate him he was a big help how does that sound
