I just left Advance Financial where I applied for a small loan. The process was super easy. The person who helped me was a man named Blake. He was extremely helpful, kind, and considerate of all my needs. And was able to answer any question I had. If anyone was to ever ask me where the best place was to get a lone, I would absolutely send them to Advance Financial, and have them ask for Blake.

DON'T GET A LOAN HERE!! THEY SEEM NICE, BUT IT'S ALL A FRONT TO SCREW YOU OVER!! I recently got a loan here because my husband was laid off and we needed money to pay the rent. I made it very clear I only needed the amount of money I was short for the rent and that I did not want to set up online banking because I had already been a victim of identity theft in the past, so naturally I am very paranoid and protective of my personal information now. Blake was the employee helping me apply for the loan and told me I had to have online banking to get the loan even though I had called the day before and another employee told me all I needed to do was bring in my bank statements. I had my bank statements, but he insisted on pulling up my bank's website because he said he had to verify some information. He was clicking on all kinds of stuff and asking me questions I didn't think were necessary. I was approved for way more than I needed and told him I didn't need that much, but he was super pushy and talked me into taking the full amount. A couple weeks later I found out my bank account was in the negative because not only was a much larger payment than I was told taken out for the loan, someone had gained access to my bank info and made several online purchases. After speaking with the bank I found out I had been signed up for online banking! So now I'm not only trying to make payments for a loan I can't afford and shouldn't even be legal (almost 300% APR), I'm fighting with my bank to get the money back that was stolen. I'm extremely upset with the company, but mostly this Blake guy because I feel like he lied to me and coaxed me against my better judgement to take more money than I needed.

They gathered all of my personal info, only to tell me they wanted 110$ to cash my stimulus check lol Walmarts money center doesnt charge more than 16$ depending on the amount but no more. In fact mine was 8$ so please make it make sense! 😕

I love the friendly environment that they offer. They are all very professional and friendly. Blake is always exceptional at what he does, he makes everything quick and understandable and gives great customer service every time!

Was in there last night for the first time and had amazing service. I won’t lie when I was on my way there I was kinda nervous like first date kinda nervous. Allison and mollie was so great they explained everything to me so well. I left there do happy and impressed by the service that I received.

Scott is a breath of fresh air, so professional, polite & knowledgrable. He is wonderful.
