I went in for a payday loan today, and Melissa was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered. My phone was disconnected so she let me use her wifi on her phone to verify my banking information. I would definitely recommend going to this location! Great service :)

My experience at the Ashland city location was the best experience at a check cash loaction. the ladies here are wonderful & helpful. these ladies did an awesome job. very professional and clean store. makes me not want to go to any other store.

NEVER AGAIN. I have borrowed money from there for years and always paid the by weekly payments back on time. I was set up through direct payments from my bank account every other Friday. I owed over $3,000 and had payment around $450 every two weeks. I have been a loyal customer for years. I never minded the high interest rates. On the 26th of September my wife called them and asked how much to pay it off. A payment was due on the 27th. The lady explained that even if we paid it on the 26th we would still owe the $450 payment on the 27th. No problem, I understand. On the 27th they took out their $450 and then I went down there and paid an additional $3,217 which left my balance at around $100 to $200 dollars. Fast forward to today. They took out another $408 dollars when the balance wasn’t even that much. Plus the lady my wife spoke to two weeks ago said if we paid on the same day as our payment was due then we would have a new by weekly payment to reflect the remaining balance. I spoke with Melissa (the manager) and she said that wasn’t true and sorry I was misinformed. They took out more than double of what I owed. I just closed my account. Melissa was rude and not helpful at all. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and will never use them again. I always paid on time and never gave them a problem. If I could give them zero stars I would. I filmed the interaction and also recorded Melissa’s rude phone conversation. When I went down there, Melissa wouldn’t even come out of her office to talk to me and left the new girl to deal with me. I’m beyond upset. Never again. They lost a great customer.

Judy, and Melissa were fantastic and helped me out tremendously they were very nice people, and I think they both deserve a pay raise in my opinion

The best place for check cashing; sending & receiving Western Union, money orders, personal / payday loans and all other financial needs. All the ladies and guys are professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure my business needs are met. Melissa leads this awesome team and they get the job done quickly. I have utilized all aspects of Advance Financial, weekly, for the last five years for my business. During that time, Melissa, Christina, Brittany, Sandra, Katie, & all the others, have become an extention of our friends and family.
