Advanced Financial was a life saver for me...The entire staff makes the experience an easy and even enjoyable one. The on-site customer service in the Martin, TN location is second to none. Many friendly and helpful people there. One person, in particular, was Eliot Doli. He seemed so knowledgeable and was able to answer and explain any question that I had. He showed much pride in his work and was eager and willing to assist me. Speaking from thirty plus years of experience in customer related careers, I know how taxing and demanding a job like that can be... Eliot seemed to be a natural.
