The customer service here good, did not have excessive wait times.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received last night. Morgan was very rude an didn't want to help me at all. I own a small business and it's convenient for me to cash checks here after bank hours. I spent over 2 hrs here trying to get a check cashed. The rest of the staff was great but if morgan worked for me an spoke to my customers that way she would not have a job.

One of the friendliest businesses I have ever visted. Customer service representative John, is 5 stars all the way. John is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He is a true asset to the company.

First and last time I will use this location. Very rude employees. I waited over 30 minutes for them to cash my check. I never had this problem at the Knoxville location.

Customer service was quick and courteous both in person and over the phone! I was in a pinch trying to cash a check late at night, and had never used their check cashing services before. I had to drive appr. 30 minutes to this location but it was worth it.

Very professional, and courteous staff! I generally talk to the nightshirt staff they're always helpful and able to answer my questions.
