Terreance was so sweet and helpful. I don't know much about computers but he was patient with me. Great customer service.

Called to handle my husbands account, after being verified on the account 7x. Still not verified and still won’t allow me to handle it. So I ask what can he bring in to officially verify me on the account so we can stop going through this, and she wouldn’t tell me. They’re rude, don’t generalized information. And to clarify, I asked for generalized questions to find out what is needed to be verified on an account to discuss situations and I was basically told they can’t tell you what information to bring in. This is also after the fact that they took my debit card for several thousand dollars with no issue and have my ID on file from taking it. Overall, I don’t think they’re concerned with getting paid back, they seem more concerned with being ignorant. Will definitely be closing my husbands account as soon as we pay it off. Fees are too high and the customer service is garbage. FYI, I called this store. Whether I spoke to anyone at the store or if I rerouted to customer care at corporate, I don’t know. Either way, they should be reported for fraud seeing as it was a generalized question that had nothing to do with customer privacy of an account. They have my ID on file. They know who I am. But they seem to be bothered by dealing with me.

This place is great if you’re trying to build up a line of credit. I’d like to thank Ronna for signing me up a few months ago. Now I’ve build a great line of credit with this company. My daughter had to leave a bad situation fast and needed a few hundred dollars to cover the rest of a deposit on her new place. 2 other places had turned her down so this was her last hope and thank God she got exactly what she needed at Advance Financial! They explained everything very clearly and told her it was high interest and to pay it off as quickly as she can by paying more than the payment amount due. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I had to share. Thank you so much Damon and Dianna for helping today!

Great customer service !!!!!!! System had been down for 2 days,Caryn actually took the time to call when system was up and working again. That's what customer service should be.

I'm glad I found this store. They are so pleasant and helpful. I usually get my pay direct deposited. But this past Labor Day I got a paper check for a referral. Of course all the banks were closed. I saw the "all checks cashed" sign and pulled in on a whim, thinking it can't be this easy. I was fully prepared to have to wait until the next day. Diana not only listened to me complain about my boss, she set me up with a check cashing card and I had money in my hand within minutes. I still get direct deposit but if I ever need a loan I know where I'm going.

Always a pleasure to visit these guys. They are super friendly and so fast. I appreciate that they value my time and try to make me smile every time.
