Advance Financial Hwy 52 Byp, Lafayette

I called this store to see if I could get a loan. I originally spoke with Chelsy and my loan was finished up by Renee. These two ladies were the sweetest people I have ever dealt with in business. They were patient and so polite. They were prompt and took care of me in good time. They deserve raises!

I have always loved Advance Financial but last month something there has changed. Not friendly, will either not answer phone or hang up on you. It takes 8-10 days for your payment to clear. Very disappointed with this branch.

Megan was very helpful and went all the way to use my cellphone to set up my email for me because I had gotten locked out of my account and she was a life saver to get me back in! I came to advance to withdrawal money and walked out of the store with all my issues fixed and was happy with the conversation we had. I will always come back to specificity speak with her!

Amy is very patient and helpful. She helped open my loan. Renee helped my husband open his and she was also very helpful and patient. They are both very respectful. We would recommend Advance Financial in Lafayette to everyone!

Nathan, you're awesome! Fast and friendly service, genuinely nice person. He also remembered me, which kind of made me feel important if I'm being honest. Finally paid off my loan, but I do business here every Friday. Almost all of the staff here are super friendly and talkative. I work in customer service myself and know how difficult it can be.
