Chelsey called me back after I called in to apply for a line of credit. I was really in need of some cash to take care of some bills and chelsey and teresa both helped me with everything. i didnt have the documents needed at the time and these girls offered to make me online account for my bank or ssi so i didnt have to wait until another day. I did not have all information to make the account so i ended up having to wait anyway but the way this company (especially these two) tried every avenue possible, really stuck with me and blew my mind. i cant see well either and never one time did they get frustrated or impatient. thank you so much for your kindess teresa and chelsey!! i wont forget it

Went to the advance financial in Lebanon tn. I had the pleasure of dealing with a customer service rep named Tierra. She absolutely went above and beyond helping me. I would have no problems recommending her to any person that walks through their door. She was absolutely fabulous in ever aspect of not only her job but in dealing with me not only as a customer but a person as well. Absolutely a great experience all around.
