I used Advance Financial for first time and I was very nervous due to reading reviews prior to visiting the store. I must say Sophia was really helpful in calming my nerves. She explained the process from beginning to end and was very detailed. She even went over different options for payment with me. I really enjoyed her customer and professionalism.

I would not recommend this place. Not only do they have a high interest rate, the amount we were told to pay changed as soon as the money was deposited. And when you call to talk to someone noone answers the phone. They will put you on hold and then hang up.

We had an issue at first as my bank, First Tennessee bank had just changed names. It has gone to First Horizon. They are evidently causing problems for all their 'now's customers. Our customer service attendant, Sophie, was ever so helpful. We had a nice conversation and as it turns out, she was filling in for an employee that didn't show up. We were lucky to have her help us. Walking in, theres automatically a sense of compassion. Behind the counter are beautiful women with beautiful smiles. A welcoming environment! Andrea was the best rep. I've communicated with since I talked to myself last. There were also a few other employees that lended, emotional, support lol. Brittany, Nicole, and Erica were vital to the enjoyment I experienced.
