I needed a loan to help with an unfortunately situation. I got approved for a flex loan so fast I couldn’t even believe it was in my checks account in less than an hour, with low payments! I was amazed! God was working overtime that day ! Thankful! Great company

All of the ladies were nice, but Brittany went above and beyond the call of excellent customer service. Although I did not get approved, she presented without judgment, with empathy, respect, and compassion. The world needs more people like her and Advance Financial is very lucky to have her. She deserves a promotion and a hefty raise for how she treated me as a customer tonight.

The website is easy to navigate. The loan decision is lightning fast. Very professional atmosphere. Brittany (customer service representative) was very polite and answered all the questions I had. I had a great experience and I highly recommend Advance Financial.

Lisa was extremely understanding and helpful this week when I found out that there was a fraudulent online loan application submitted to them using my personal information. I contacted the Jackson Police Department and the information she gave me will be very helpful to the investigators in finding out who tried to do this. Thanks again Lisa!
