I visited the Advance Auto Parts in Dacula a few days ago; the service received was spectacular. There there two gentlemen present at that time, and they both were courteous, pleasant and professional. I found the part that I needed for my vehicle at a very reasonable price. The store was very clean, with great lighting. I truly enjoyed my shopping.

UPS Access Point Review: I was already upset that the driver didn't leave my package at my house, so maybe that plays into my review of this experience. I arrived at Advance Auto to get my package, but there are 2 employees stationed at the front doors - each one holding one of the double doors open and smoking. The last thing I wanted to do was walk through their cloud of smoke, but I also knew that once inside, it wouldn't be any better because, well, they were holding the doors open and letting the smoke inside the store. I can't see how or why this location was chosen to accept packages for UPS! #UPS #accesspoint

Was in the store yesterday to pick up some parts. Found it very disturbing there was a 2-3 year old toddler in a stroller behind the register. It seemed to be an employee’s child. That seems to be a huge safety risk and the kid being there was taking away from the employees being able to help customers. There was an employee named Jeff who seemed to be doing the majority of the work even though the general manager was there and just standing around. Jeff deserves a raise or hire him so co-workers to help with the workload; no reason he should be the only one actually working while everyone else is standing around and babysitting the kid that someone brought to work.

Everyone there was super nice and helpful, and swapped my battery out quickly and efficiently. I hated asking them to do it in the cold but they didn’t act like it was a problem at all. I wish I could also leave a good review for the people at corporate customer service too. Great team

Now this place is awesome! Customer service top notch and they'll even let you take a product out to your car to see if it would even work. That's what I call trust in your customers and the people are very well mannered with personality. Would highly recommend.

as a returning customer of this particular location, my husband and I have never had an issue until now.. my husbands battery is dead and still under warranty we have charged it and it will only stay charged for a while. advanced is telling him they have to triple charge the battery and will not replace it at this point, extremely dissatisfied customer right now since my husband needs to be out on the road today. I work at a high end dealerlship and I cannot imagine if I told a customer we were not going to honor a warranty. with this being said I guess we will need to take our business elsewhere if a company is not going to stand behind the products they sell.

I called and I ordered a part yesterday over the phone - whoever I spoke with insisted that they ordered this part and that it would arrive this morning. - I spent all morning calling to check to see when it would arrive every single time I called they told me they’re still waiting for it it won’t get there until about 30 after noon that day. I called them back at 1 PM. Some guy named Steven informs me that he has no idea who took my order yesterday and has no record of it being ordered - to top it off he goes - oh and they can’t take orders for electrical parts for the car over the phone unless I paid for it. 🥴🥴Keep in mind whoever I spoke with yesterday -I asked them if I needed to pay in advance - - they said no pay when you pick it up. 😐😐So on top of speaking someone who has no idea what’s going on at their own workplace ( OR JUST LYING SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB ) - I’m inconvenienced because I still need the part for my car. Thanks advanced auto parts 🙃

Wendy is Amazing! Went there yesterday because our son purchased a Trico windshield wiper from here and the driver's side did not have the piece that it showed on the video, however when I went inside the store, Wendy approached me and asked if she could help me. I explained what happened and she offered to come out and look at it. Once outside, she snapped it on and told me that the video was incorrect and that the one they are showing was not the piece I had. Talk about customer service, she was so informative about the situation and didn't hesitate to step in and assist. I will definitely be back and spread the word to patronize a store that has knowledgeable employees but are also helpful!

I am a mobile mechanic, and have been to alot of Advance Auto Parts stores, and this store is by a landslide, the best store I have ever dealt with. They KNOW car parts, their service is so awesome, and no store ever has made me feel like family like this one has. All the other Advance stores should take notes from this location on how to treat customers.
