Advance America Gilkey Rd, Burlington

I have been a customer of the Burlington branch of Advance America for close to 12 years now. The people here are truly amazing, they know their people by name and they are always smiling and laughing. Going in to pay my bills or take a loan is a completely relaxing and positive experience. These two wonderful ladies make you feel at home and like you belong from the time you walk in till the time you walk out. I have done taxes here also and the entire package of services offered here is easy to do and understand making even stressful situations go smoothly and easy so your day can get back to being awesome. Thank you so much Tiffany and Becky you two have solidified a life long customer and because of that I'll be making sure others come here to have the same wonderful experiences I have.

I have received several loans from this location. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. Their rates are so affordable and combined with their service, I will always choose this place for loans. I have actually recommended this place to others. I also really like how they have allowed me to repay my loan over the phone or in person or by the standard check. Thanks to all of their staff!!!

I’ve been coming to this Burlington location for years now to both put money on my debit card, and in the past take out payday loans. By far the best experience I have had. The staff has always been quick and friendly in all instances that I have needed their service!

The manager and staff worked well with my payment arrangement. They are very nice and informative. This office regularly has donations set up for local agencies to collect for those in need. Agency is involved with the community.

Becky has excellent customer service skills and always gets things done. She's a great help and always a joy to work with!!!
