Great service at the Seymour, IN, branch, but Advance America practices in general could stand some updating... It would be way more convenient for regular customers if they offered check writing, like other lenders do; they need to update they Bluetooth connection to their printer so there's less hassle; and when I make a payment by phone using my debit card, they should claim the money that day, not 4 or 5 days later, completely screwing up my banking! If I had tons of money in my account and that didn't cause a problem, chances are I wouldn't need a small loan!

The people are friendly. But, i think overall they are poorly staffed. More often than not someone is working by themselves. I have worked in a place similar to this and I know its very hard and very stressful by yourself. I wish the hours were more varied. Its hard for some people to get there before they close or is they work mid shifts they open and close while I'm at work.

The management & staff of Advance America in Seymour will bend over backwards to meet your loan needs! I personally have done several loans with them....and will continue to do so! Still need to do your 2013 taxes? Need to file an amended return? What about some of that old gold you have laying around the house? YES....They buy gold as well!
