Customer service is wonderful! Tiffany and Stacy are very magnificent in the job they do . To some it may just be a job but to them they put their all into helping customers. They go the extra mile to make sure everyone that comes through the door , leaves with a smile on their face . They are polite, trustworthy, honest , reliable, and most of all hardworking. These ladies are always high-energy & are always very professional. I’ve seen some risky customers come in and these ladies handle everyone the same and effectively. They do deserve some kind of recognition. Thank you all !

This was my first time ever going to an Advance America or any other business like this, and I was definitely impressed with the service here. Tiffany made the experience so easy and enjoyable, she was probably the sweetest person I've ever dealt with as far as customer service. She was genuinely friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what I was signing up for- I had no idea what to expect going in, and I left feeling confident in my decision to do my loan through Advance America. She let me know about their other services available as well, which I had no idea about. Now I know I can go there for other things, not just an advance. All-in-all, it was a great experience for me. Tiffany made me feel comfortable and like she really cared about helping me. I have never written a Google review but this service was worth acknowledging. 5 stars, would 100% recommend.

Stacy was one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have had the pleasure of talking to. With her upbeat and positive attitude it was a joy to work with her. If I ever need any help again she will always get my business. Update 2-16-202 Tiffany was the absolute best. I was feeling anxious and out of sorts when I made my payment last week. She greeted me with a smile and real concern in her voice about how I was doing. You can't get much better than these 2 ladies.

Stacy was great today with helping me. I called ahead to ask about the process, not knowing they were about to close. Stacy waited for me even though I didn't get there until 10 minutes after close.
