Denise was awesome. Super police and extremely knowledgeable. Impossible to do better. She has her job memorized perfectly and professionally. My first experience here was absolutely amazing. Clean, professional environment, pleasant atomosphere. And amazing customer service. If you come here see Denise. She was the best.

Today in the Dearborn office, Mr. "Classified" was speaking with an apparently new employee when he went on to tell him about the clients on the 3rd. The 3rd clients are Social Security recipients and in July, there will be a gap in the reloan time due to the July 4th holiday. Mr. Classified said the 3rds would lose it and that it's a rough time to work through. He also talked about possible issues of payment with banks having the new 2day early pay programs. I found the discussion completely offensive and mentioned it to the wonderful regular person who apologized. I asked for the gentleman name to report this further, he laughed and said it was "classified".

Denise is an exceptional employee and a very good reason to stop in when you're feeling stressed. She's very good at articulating herself Always willing to explain everything to me in great detail and help to the best of her abilities which are very fantastic.

Listen Diamond was great, I’ve been having issues with a money order I had. I called multiple places an they all said “no can’t do nothing” even the place I got it from. She made one phone call even though it’s not even her job an got me in the right place. Thank you so much Diamond I really appreciate you for your help.

The staff here are just amazing!!! I feel as though they go above and and beyond to help make sure things go as smoothly as possible for you.always there to let you know about opportunities that can make things a whole lot easy for you. Denise is very wonderful i believe of you guys can give her a raise i would be happier because shes a very hardworker and loves her customers and helps us with what we need i so truly appreciate denise for helping me out when times were hard and believing that i would pay the loan back amd getting the job done shes a really good person and i reapect her alot.
